Dr. Falla leads major projects in Organizational Development and Peak Performance at the Brain Resource Center. With a background in engineering science and psychology, she specializes in organizational psychology and executive coaching, applying a total systems analysis approach. Her expertise in behavior, systems, fluency in foreign languages, and understanding of various cultures have elevated the Brain Resource Center’s role as a prominent entity in the international community. In addition, Dr. Falla spearheads the Executive Coaching program and has provided extensive coaching to executives and officers in finance, pharmaceuticals, engineering, healthcare, and law. Furthermore, Dr. Falla oversees TelEmerge’s internal audit program for Medicare reporting.
